In 1981, he founded his own company, Duquesne Capital Management. In 1988, he became a partner of George Soros, became a fund manager of Quantum Fund, and was recognized worldwide as a talented fund manager. Not only helping to restore 30% of Quantum Fund’s value but also together with Soros, they make a “century investment mission” that has been mentioned by the whole world until now. The event is called “The breakdown of Bank of England ” on Black Wednesday in 1992. Bill Lipschutz, was born on January 1, 1956, in the state of New York, USA. He is a trader in the forex market, co-founder, and managing director of Portfolio at Hathersage Capital Management. He was also a former Global Foreign Exchange Manager at Salomon Brothers, where he worked from 1981 to 1990. The forex markets took off around the same time Salomon Brothers started to enter the market. He is considered one of the top five forex traders worldwide. By 1985, Lipschutz made $300 million a year for Salomon Brothers.
